The role involves providing complex confidential administrative support to leaders at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center within Advocate Health

Through application of ANPD principles and acting in the roles of advisor, change agent, collaborator, communicator, consultant, facilitator, leader, mentor, researcher the team member applies advanced knowledge of nursing in the delivery of evidenced-based nursing and education interventions

Assembles patient and mobile meal trays/meals in accordance with approved diet guidelines and portions while adhering to productivity standards

Applies advanced knowledge of nursing in the delivery of evidenced-based nursing and education interventions using the educational design process to bridge knowledge, skills, and/or practice gaps

The team member applies advanced knowledge of nursing in the delivery of evidenced-based nursing and education interventions using the educational design process to bridge identified gaps

This is a full-time Day Shift position with call rotation during week, weekends and holidays, offering a Sign-On Bonus of up to $12,000 and a robust benefit program
