Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years diverse construction experience
8+ years construction management leadership
Industrial project management $50K-$50M
Design-build and EPC project delivery
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
Nice-to-have
Food, beverage, or life science sector experience
Contractor Qualifier License(s)
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
Familiarity with P&IDs and process systems
Strong mentorship and team development skills
Willingness to obtain state licensure
Key Requirements
