Daily Operations & Workflow Management Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the clinic, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and service efficiency. Manage scheduling, appointment books, and room allocations to maximize clinic capacity and minimize patient wait times. Oversee inventory controls, including stock tracking, procurement, and auditing of skincare products, consumables, and clinic supplies. 2. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and motivate front-line consultants and therapists to achieve service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage staff rosters, leave schedules, and performance evaluations.
