Must-have
10-15 years of experience in business partnering
Proven track record in large account onboarding
Strong program management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
Experience with change management strategies
Nice-to-have
Transaction Management or brokerage experience
Prosci or LaMarsh change management certification
Highly skilled in time management across multiple projects
Inspirational leadership style balancing control and influence
Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
Key Requirements
