Job Summary

  • Achieve assigned Area/TBM wise sales target and support the team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
  • Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy, develop and mentor the team for the next level, and ensure stock availability of all products.
  • Monitor brand wise and value wise month on month sales progression, guide TBMs on critical doctor conversion and engagement, and drive the team towards business strategy execution.
