Job Summary

  • As a Sales Leader, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings, and working cross-functionally with internal partners.
  • You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on sales process, and reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Base: $154,050 - $278,450 annually; Base (CA/NY/select cities): $169,450 - $306,250 annually; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Leading a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
