Job Summary

• Develops and executes the strategic vision for Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) across the organization, promoting clear, concise, complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and support to Regional or Division CDI Directors and the corporate CDI team, overseeing the development and management of the enterprise CDI software platform(s).
• Collaborates with revenue cycle coding leadership to ensure documentation informs quality and safety measures and appropriate reimbursement, while developing educational materials and training programs.
