Job Summary

  • Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls to assigned external clients and collaborate with various departments to resolve client business concerns resulting in a positive client experience.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of client bill accounts and to directly impact the collection of the AR > 90, performing research on outstanding accounts and establishing a rapport with clients to collect revenue.

Key Requirements
