Job Summary
The Senior Benefits Partner is responsible for administering and executing employee benefits programs across the AWE ecosystem, serving as the primary subject-matter expert for benefits-related requests.
This role ensures benefits programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with applicable regulations, collaborating closely with People Services leadership and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include managing annual benefit plan design, administering health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, leaves of absence, accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation.

Key Requirements
Associate degree in business, human resources, or related field
8+ years of HR experience
5+ years of direct benefits administration
Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Workday HCM and Benefits Modules experience preferred
