  • The position requires balancing approximately 80% paraprofessional duties with 20% leadership responsibilities, including assisting the Practice Manager with team scheduling and productivity.

Must-have

  • Two years healthcare or veterinary experience
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume environment
  • Confidence working around various pets
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings

Nice-to-have

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Six months Banfield experience preferred
  • Veterinary technician certification or licensure
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred
  • Two years experience in healthcare, veterinary profession, or service industry required
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
