Must-have

  • 7+ years advanced node semiconductor experience
  • FEOL and/or BEOL Process Integration expertise
  • Hands-on NPI and technology ramp ownership
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Strong project management across multiple stakeholders

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Understanding of lithography, etch, CMP module processes
  • Ability to abstract learnings into foundry standards
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and self-initiative
  • Proven track record in yield ramp-up phases

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field required
  • 7+ years in advanced node semiconductor industry
  • 5+ years in process integration or yield engineering
  • Master's or Ph.D. preferred
