Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA preferred)
  • 15-20 years of Sales and Channel Development experience
  • Strong dealer and distribution network management exposure
  • Experience in medical devices, hearing aids, healthcare, or consumer electronics preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (18-20 days/month)
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of 12-18 members
