Job Summary
The role involves owning the accounting for stock-based compensation, managing director bonuses, and equity accounting while ensuring accuracy in reports.
Candidates will support the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings including Form 10-Q and Form 10-K to comply with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Investor Relations, and external auditors to drive transformative business results.
