Key Requirements
Previous grounds, maintenance, or facilities management experience
Previous pool testing and maintenance experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team
Strong knowledge of gardening, landscaping, and property maintenance
Experience maintaining machinery, tools, and equipment
Ability to manage competing priorities
Current Driver's Licence
Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
Availability to work weekends and public holidays and respond to occasional callouts
