Workday is seeking a Sr. Manager, Software Development Engineering to lead engineering teams focused on developing high-quality enterprise applications for U.S. Federal Government contracts. Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $193,200 USD - $289,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $174,800 USD - $314,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience directly managing engineering managers
  • 5+ years of experience building and directly managing impactful engineering teams
  • 10+ years of experience with design and development using an object-oriented language
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly is preferred
