Job Summary
Responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract therapy providers, and mentoring of Director s of Rehabilitation.
The role does not include providing direct patient care or documentation in patient EMR except during emergent situation and with approval of PACS leadership.
Assist facilities in achieving survey excellence by taking part in facility mock surveys as directed by the RVPO, annual state licensing surveys, complaint visits, and assist with plans of correction as needed.
