  • The Principal Contract Manager will manage and drive the contract and commercial management aspects of all details effectively, ensuring the identification of opportunities to minimize contract risk and plan commercial risk mitigation strategies.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring, supporting, and reporting on customer, JV/Partner, and sub-contractor contract-related commercial impacts and risks, as well as developing and implementing appropriate strategic commercial approaches.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in railway/infrastructure/construction
  • At least 8 years in senior contract & commercial roles
  • Minimum 5 years managing medium to large-scale design/build or EPC projects
  • English fluency
