Job Summary
The Re-entry Peer Mentor provides ongoing, individualized student support services designed to help program participants persist and successfully complete their education and training goals.
Assists with participants’ intake process and works with program staff to ensure and support participant access to programming and achievement of academic success.
Works with the Re-Entry Coaches, Re-Entry Director, faculty and other staff members of the College to continually assess students’ progress, implement helpful interventions as necessary, and track overall program outcomes.
