Job Summary

  • The Re-entry Peer Mentor provides ongoing, individualized student support services designed to help program participants persist and successfully complete their education and training goals.
  • Assists with participants’ intake process and works with program staff to ensure and support participant access to programming and achievement of academic success.
  • Works with the Re-Entry Coaches, Re-Entry Director, faculty and other staff members of the College to continually assess students’ progress, implement helpful interventions as necessary, and track overall program outcomes.
