Job Summary
This is a Corporate Manager position in terms of management level, leading a team of corporate officers focusing on governance and deal transaction management.
The position is very much client facing and will involve client meetings, as well as a high level of interaction and co-ordination with other functional areas within Apex Group.
Key tasks will include coordination of new entities (KYC), creation/incorporation/registration of new entities, bank account openings, and project planning.
