Job Summary
The Global Strategic Accounts Fulfillment Leader is responsible for interacting with customers regarding their supply situation over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
Partnership with the Global Commercial Account Manager and become the global go-to person for fulfillment requests coming from the customer.
Support monitoring and trending of performance (on time delivery, past due backlog, lead time adherence) at global level.

Base: 91,500 - 120,000; Bonus/Equity: Bonus/incentive pay eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)
