Job Summary
Provide contract support for all aspects of Pratt & Whitney Canada’s indirect and digital technologies strategic sourcing, including review, negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of agreements.
Conduct contractual analysis on existing deals to identify potential risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate disputes and enhance contract performance.
Work closely with business and legal colleagues across Pratt & Whitney Canada and its mother company (RTX) to ensure compliance with company ethics, policies, and procedures.
