Job Summary

  • The Compensation Partner will be responsible for the implementation and integration of our compensation strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on all compensation matters.
  • Conduct analyses of market data in order to ensure compensation ranges are aligned to market and supporting the company’s people strategy.
