Hillenbrand is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to support trade controls by ensuring adherence to processes and conducting compliance training. The role requires a strong background in compliance, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Job Summary
Provide support for trade controls by interacting with operating company owners of the process and ensure that processes are understood, tested, monitored, and followed.
Perform monthly/quarterly/annual testing and monitoring across all policies, including gathering samples from various stakeholders, conducting analysis, reporting results, and driving corrective actions as appropriate.
The role will be part of the Legal and Compliance team and will report to Managing Legal Counsel in India.
