Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement
• Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada
• Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred
• Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements
• Experience leading change and influencing without authority
• Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems
