The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology solution design, enterprise software implementations, and a strong understanding of AI applications

Job Summary

  • As a Forward Deployed Experience Enterprise Architect, you will drive AI consumption and revenue by creating strategic, customer-specific roadmaps and optimizing platform entitlements.
  • You will accelerate the sales cycle by building bespoke agentic Proof of Concepts (POCs) and leading hands-on Agent Test Drives that provide clients with a tangible, high-impact, try before you buy experience.
  • Collaborate across functional groups (AI Strategy, Product & Technology, Solution Architecture, Consulting Services, Marketing, Customer Service, Industry Advisors and Value Management) to cultivate long-term, sustainable relationships with key Workday customers.
