The Deputy Director for Programs (DDP) provides strategic leadership, decision-making, and coordination for program development and delivery, overseeing the effective implementation and technical quality of IRC’s programs in Haiti.
DDP ensures that programs are evidence-based and needs-driven, monitored closely, and funded appropriately, directly supervising grants, partnerships, MEAL, and technical coordinators.
The role requires driving IRC’s efforts towards a partner-led program approach, fostering a network of local Haitian partners, and empowering them to lead key decision-making and service delivery.
