Job Summary
This is a highly collaborative and critical position within South America HR Business Partner organization, working closely with business leadership and other regional HRBPs and specialists within the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and MyHR employee relations team.
Key accountabilities include driving the people and organizational strategies to support business priorities and performance.
This role partners with managers across workforce planning, talent and succession management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance & career development, employee engagement, and diversity, inclusion & belonging.
