Must-have

  • 5+ years EHR implementation or support experience
  • Certification in one or more EHR application modules
  • Direct staff management of service-oriented teams
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and change management
  • Ability to work on-call rotations including nights and weekends

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience with Director and C-level client relationships

Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
