This role requires leading regular team meetings, monitoring output against operational metrics, and contributing to the vision of the Managed Services Division.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while demonstrating success in managing client engagements at various organizational levels.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years EHR implementation or support experience
Certification in one or more EHR application modules
Direct staff management of service-oriented teams
Proficiency with ticketing systems and change management
Ability to work on-call rotations including nights and weekends
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Previous project management experience
Experience with Director and C-level client relationships
Strong customer service record
Participation in previous systems implementations
Key Requirements
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
5+ years implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
