Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years Structured Finance or Project Finance experience
  • Successful execution of syndicated loan transactions
  • FINRA SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 registration within 90 days
  • Compliance with FINRA background screening and regulatory requirements
