Job Summary
Drive EcoWater’s commercial performance in the BeLux region by moving from a transactional sales approach to a disciplined, partnership-driven and scalable growth model.
Manage and develop relationships with key wholesalers and strategic B2B partners, and lead commercial negotiations in line with EcoWater’s value-based pricing strategy.
Lead, coach and develop B2B sales representatives, translating strategy into clear field priorities and execution plans, fostering a performance-driven, collaborative and customer-focused sales culture.
