Job Summary
Lead a team of process engineers responsible for maintaining, improving, and developing manufacturing processes for propulsion systems.
Manage day-to-day activities of process engineers, including setting objectives, managing results, and evaluating/coaching performance.
Interface with plant site personnel, Central ME personnel, and Product Engineers on new programs/projects and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
