Job Summary

  • Oversee day-to-day administration of all employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, wellness programs, and leave of absence policies.
  • Prepare and file required federal, state, and local reports and disclosures in accordance with regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other relevant legislation.
  • Develop and deliver clear communication plans regarding benefits programs, including annual open enrollment, new hire and ongoing employee education.
