Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day administration of all employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, wellness programs, and leave of absence policies.
Prepare and file required federal, state, and local reports and disclosures in accordance with regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other relevant legislation.
Develop and deliver clear communication plans regarding benefits programs, including annual open enrollment, new hire and ongoing employee education.
