Job Summary

  • Manage full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Denmark, managing relationships with key stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement and improve processes, mentor payroll specialists, and back up regional managers during absences.
