Job Summary
The Benefits & Engagement Specialist enhances the overall employee experience by managing benefits programs and supporting engagement initiatives that promote well-being, inclusion, and organizational belonging.
This role is responsible for coordinating and administering employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave management.
The specialist partners closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure compliant, consistent, and accessible HR experiences for all employees.
