  • Assist the PM and take the lead in preparing the community annual budgets and forecasts (service charges, insurances, CAPEX, OPEX).
  • Review and validate vendor/service provider invoices against contracts and LPOs and prepare payment recommendations.
  • Assist the PM in the preparation and submission of the project control statement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
