  • Own the enterprise personalization strategy across Axos’ brands, products, and customer segments to accelerate acquisition and deepen relationships.
  • Build and scale a data-driven personalization engine, translating customer intelligence into orchestrated experiences across the full funnel.
  • Eligible for Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% and Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%, awarded semi-annually based on performance.

  • Financial services experience strongly preferred
