Bozeman Health is seeking a Patient Care Tech for their Surgical Floor, offering a PRN position with variable shifts and weekend availability. The role requires providing direct patient care, coordinating with nursing staff, and maintaining a high standard of patient safety and satisfaction
Job Summary
The Patient Care Tech (PCT) functions as a member of the team to support patient care which may include the Tele-Companion, and Tele-Tech programs.
They are responsible for the more complex personal patient care duties such as supporting diagnostic procedures, assisting with technical nursing treatments, patient charting, and patient instruction.
Patient Care Techs must have excellent analytical and technical skills, must be detail oriented, and demonstrate adaptability to change based on evidence-based practice.

Key Requirements

Meet Patient Care Tech competency assessment within three (3) months of hire
