Job Summary
The Manager, Sales Excellence is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving how LanguageLine sells, owning sales motion design and ensuring alignment across methodology, messaging, content, and seller behavior.
This leader will translate sales strategy and methodology into clear narratives, official sales collateral, presentations, talk tracks, and training experiences to enable sellers and client-facing teams.
The role manages two direct reports and works in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success to drive measurable improvements in seller effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
