  • The Manager, Sales Excellence is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving how LanguageLine sells, owning sales motion design and ensuring alignment across methodology, messaging, content, and seller behavior.
  • This leader will translate sales strategy and methodology into clear narratives, official sales collateral, presentations, talk tracks, and training experiences to enable sellers and client-facing teams.
  • The role manages two direct reports and works in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success to drive measurable improvements in seller effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
