Job Summary

  • Provide pragmatic employee relations guidance to people leaders across all areas of the employee lifecycle including performance, disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, and absence management in line with employment law, and best practice.
  • Manage complex ER cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring accurate case logging, regular updates, and secure documentation within the Case Management system.
  • Play a pivotal role in change management initiatives, including redundancy consultations, organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practice.
