Job Summary
Performs intermediate level tasks that ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff as well as ensuring safe and uninterrupted operations of mechanical and utility systems and equipment.
Diagnose/repair/replace HVAC fixtures including, but not limited to: commercial AHs, chillers (250 tons and above), commercial boilers and exchangers, ductwork, gauges, thermostats, circulating pumps, fan motors and belts, blades, actuators, piping, switches, and water lines.
May work in hot, cold, dusty, or dirty environments for an extended period of time; may work in cramped spaces.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience
EPA Section 608 Technician Certification
OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health card
