Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, and assisting residents with daily functions and personal care needs.
The position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with regular sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
