  • Hire, supervise, train, and develop Staff and Senior Accountants, and review internal processes for documentation and improvement.
  • This is a hybrid full-time position based at our headquarters in San Diego, CA, with a salary range of 95k-115k, offering benefits, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Proficiency in NetSuite required
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
