Must-have
CNC machinery programming and operation
Precision measuring instruments usage
Interpretation of technical drawings
Machine shop experience with programming
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Ability to perform complex prototype work
Nice-to-have
Basic knowledge of ISO and AS9100
Working knowledge of 6 Sigma and Kaizen
Technical leadership and training skills
Experience with ERP and design software
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years machine shop experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
US Citizenship with ability to attain government security clearance
Ability to use shop mathematics and measuring tools
