SpringWorks Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) for the West Region, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining scientific relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical science, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Summary
The Senior Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for managing a defined territory for assigned program, establishing and maintaining key scientific relationships with KOLs and serving as a scientific expert to the medical community.
Key expectations include developing and maintaining an advanced scientific, medical, and product knowledge base, ability to communicate key insights learned, and disseminate critical scientific data to external stakeholders.
The Sr. MSL will be expected to master MSL responsibilities and be able to take on additional leadership roles on projects and initiatives that increase the value and productivity of the MSL team and Medical Affairs.
