SCHADS Award Level 5; Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free + $2,650 meal entertainment benefit; Purchased Leave Scheme up to 8 weeks plus 5 days paid leave per year

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Accreditation as a Financial Counsellor
  • Diploma of Community Services in Financial Counselling
  • Hands-on experience with financial hardship clients
  • Knowledge of financial hardship frameworks and legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills for sensitive situations
