Job Summary

  • The Research Senior Technician will assist and support scientific investigations to study Neuroscience Research Institute Brain bank and Biorepository (NRI-BBB), as directed by the Department of Neurology.
  • Responsibilities also include sorting and processing tissue and blood samples, testing and evaluating current procedures, and performing routine procedures on laboratory animals.
  • The position also oversees and maintains accurate records of laboratory activities, assists with training junior research staff and undergraduate/graduate students in research methods and equipment operation.
