Perform due diligence activities to ensure compliance with all contractual events and conditions stipulated in the Purchase Order.
Receive, analyze, monitor, and process incoming Purchase Orders, reporting status to relevant areas and suggesting process improvements.
Interact with other areas, such as suppliers, planning, demanders, contract management, and treasury, to resolve pending issues until payment to the supplier.
