Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead product quality and reliability for a metal fabrication plant producing steel doors and frames for high‑end rated applications.
  • The role is a member of the plant leadership team, reports to the Plant Manager, and will work closely with the operations team and Product Management to prioritize projects, resolve production issues, and improve operational performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality/engineering
  • Direct experience in metal fabrication preferred
  • Practical knowledge of root-cause analysis tools
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
