Job Summary

  • The Field Recruiter is responsible for high-impact, field-based recruiting to support operational staffing needs across the organization.
  • This role serves as CareFlite's front-line recruitment ambassador, spending approximately 80–90% of time in the field building relationships, sourcing candidates, and representing the organization at schools, job fairs, community events, and workforce partner sites.
  • The position is critical to maintaining a strong, sustainable talent pipeline in a competitive healthcare and EMS labor market.
