Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Lithography module
Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree in relevant engineering/science fields
Direct wafer Fab Experience with 5-7 years expertise in Lithography module
Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and PM practices
Experience with data analysis tools for performance optimization
